Job Description
As a Senior Farm Hand or Farm Hand, you will be responsible for driving and upholding animal health and safe operating procedures. This includes performing all aspects of milking, animal husbandry, and pasture management.
You will also be required to operate machinery and maintain equipment, as well as carry out repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
* Past dairy industry experience is desirable for this position, however we may consider applicants with the right attitude at the Farm Hand level.
* A strong commitment to ensuring a safe workplace is essential.
* Reliability and punctuality are key qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
* Previous experience with machinery operation and maintenance would be highly beneficial.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
