**About this role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service focussed individual to join our Finance Team on a full-time basis. The Accounts Payable Officer reports directly to the Financial Accountant and needs to establish good working relationships with all stakeholders both within the Finance Department and also outside of the department. You will be part of a small, dynamic team of highly experienced professionals with a strong focus on maintaining all account records and the delivery of timely and accurate information to our creditors.
**Hours**
This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday (76 hours per fortnight).

**About you**
Other key requirements include:
- process invoices and credit notes
- check invoices for correct data entry
- maintain creditor information records
- timely payment to creditors
- reconcile monthly creditor statements
- daily sorting and distribution of incoming Accounts Payable mail
- answering queries from creditors and other departments
- keep electronic filing of invoices up to date
- other duties as directed by the Financial Accountant
Experience with accounts payable software, is also important for success in this role. Therefore, knowledge and understanding of Excel and Epicor systems would be advantageous.
