Town & Country Asbestos Removal is a family-owned WA business with over 10 years' experience servicing residential and commercial clients across WA.
We're known for our strong safety standards, reliability and professional approach — and now we're looking for the right person to be the friendly voice and face of our office team.
About the Role
This role is all about giving our clients an exceptional customer experience – from their first enquiry right through to after their job is completed.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them feel informed, supported and confident while supporting our operations team behind the scenes.
This is a part-time, in-office role based in Bunbury, with room to grow as the business continues to expand.
What You'll Be Doing
Answering phone calls, emails and text enquiries
Supporting clients from initial quote through to job completion
Logging job and quote requests into ServiceM8
Coordinating site inspections and bookings
Communicating with supervisors and field teams
Following up jobs and requesting customer reviews
Handling light admin and basic accounts support
Ordering materials and booking accommodation for remote jobs
Helping keep the office organised and running smoothly
Your main focus: making sure clients feel looked after and the business runs like clockwork.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience in customer service, scheduling, reception or job booking
Friendly, confident phone and email communication
Highly organised and reliable
Calm under pressure and good at juggling tasks
Good computer skills (emails, basic systems & software)
Desirable
Experience in construction, trades or service-based industries
Familiarity with ServiceM8 or similar job booking software
Basic Xero or accounts knowledge
Experience working on Apple Mac computers
