Your responsibilities will include
Reporting to the Supply Support Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving effective and compliant logistics support. You will manage priorities across the Logistics Support Team, oversee logistics strategies and data plans, and ensure alignment with Defence policies and processes. The role also involves assessing supply chain performance, meeting reporting requirements, and providing logistics guidance to contracted partners and Defence-supported platforms.
You will lead, coach, and mentor logistics staff, supporting their professional development while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic program environment.
About you
You bring extensive experience in Defence logistics, including inventory control, asset management, and supply chain governance. You are an effective people leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a customer-focused approach. You are comfortable working with Inventory Management Systems and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Special Requirements
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
