Our client is an innovative supplier of gym equipment who is looking to expand their global success in the Australian market. With a newly created job at a brand-new facility, they require a customer service coordinator to take control of the customer enquiries, office administration and online marketplace orders.
About the role
The customer service coordinator will be in charge of receiving and responding to all e-comm and phone customer enquiries. Constantly liaising with key customers on orders and providing updates on shipping times and any delays as well as invoicing and documentation.
Duties
Providing all customers with high end customer service.
Ecommerce/marketplace updating and order processing.
Liaise with 3PL to ensure orders are being sent on time.
Preparing invoicing and shipping documentation.
Opportunity to work on social media channels if desired.
Skills and experience
2+ years working in a similar customer service role.
First class communication, strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
gym equipment knowledge and passion is advantageous.
Solid excel and google sheets skill set.
