What You'll Do
You'll be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate and professional support across a range of superannuation enquiries. This includes:
* Assisting with online access, contributions and account updates
* Supporting pension enquiries, withdrawals and investment options
* Navigating multiple internal systems to resolve enquiries efficiently
* Ensuring privacy, compliance and security standards are met
* Providing clear, accurate and compliant information
This is a high-volume inbound environment where attention to detail, empathy and efficiency are key.
