Additionally, you will lead Jetstar's change in the Aircraft Turnaround area and will work with operational teams to facilitate the successful delivery of initiatives and change programs. Your role requires you to build stakeholder relationships with ease (both internal and external), maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversee mandatory training.

**You will have**:

- Airport systems and aircraft turnaround processes expertise
- Sound understanding of the airline business an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with previous exposure in providing recommendations based of statistics
- Outstanding administrative skills with experience with Microsoft office products including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access and outlook
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and prioritise conflicting tasks in order to meet strict deadlines.
- You will have an exceptional stakeholder management skillset and will easily liaise and maintain relationships effectively at all level
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Exposure to media and digital editing (desirable)
- Project management qualifications (desirable)
- Flexibility and the ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
