Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR function, ensuring seamless delivery of services.


About the Role

This role will involve providing high-level administrative assistance with employee records, data entry, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Assist with cyclical HR activities such as audits, casual conversions, wage subsidy tracking, and apprenticeship administration.
* Enter employee information into the HRIS system and validate data to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
* Generate reports on headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
* Maintain organised, secure HR files and support compliance with records retention policies.
* Monitor compliance with employment legislation by maintaining accurate records.
* Provide friendly support to staff needing information or assistance with HR-related queries.
