Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Assist with cyclical HR activities such as audits, casual conversions, wage subsidy tracking, and apprenticeship administration.
* Enter employee information into the HRIS system and validate data to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
* Generate reports on headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
* Maintain organised, secure HR files and support compliance with records retention policies.
* Monitor compliance with employment legislation by maintaining accurate records.
* Provide friendly support to staff needing information or assistance with HR-related queries.
