Overview
Team Members at Woolworths are the face of the brand, delivering friendly service across the store. You will work throughout the store helping with stock, fresh fruit & vegetables displays, online order picking, and providing a welcoming experience as customers leave the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolies
- Adhere to policies and procedures to keep everyone safe, including identifying and reporting hazards
- Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products during their shopping journey
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a quick, easy shopping experience
- Shop for online customers and ensure they receive what they need
