About the role
We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our energetic Fleet team at the Linfox Service Centre in Perth.
Whether you're an experienced Service Advisor or a qualified Diesel Mechanic ready for a new challenge, this is your chance to play a vital role in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Scheduling fleet maintenance and repairs with external providers and the Linfox workshop
Prioritising repairs based on safety, operational needs, and urgency
Raising purchase orders for external work
Building strong relationships with Linfox operational sites and service providers
Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with documentation and procedures
Are you the right fit?
We're looking for someone with solid experience in heavy vehicle or fleet maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers excellent customer service.
You'll bring :
A mechanical trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (essential)
Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of prime movers, trucks, trailers, and LNG equipment (advantageous)
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word); SAP experience highly regarded
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
The ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and engineering drawings
