About the Role

This full-time position is all about being our team’s eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll assist with day-to-day property management tasks, helping ensure our clients’ investments are well cared for and compliant. No two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities Include

• Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
• Completing condition reports and capturing marketing photos/videos as required
• Co-ordinating access for trades and services
• Attending to vacant property checks and compliance follow-ups
• Providing onsite support to our Property Managers as required
• Liaising professionally with renters, rental providers, and contractors
• Assisting with open home inspections and leasing as needed.
What You’ll Need

• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• Confidence working independently and taking initiative
• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
• Tech-savvy confidence navigating modern applications and digital tools
• Agents Representative Certificate and Current Police Check
• Experience in property management or a similar role
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
