Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Senior Digital Technology Officer to support the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of digital solutions within a dynamic technology environment. This role focuses on developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality.
Rate: Circa $79.00 - $84.00 per hour + super
Location: Brisbane
Contract Length: ASAP - 30 June 2026
Key responsibilities include:
* Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
* Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
* Provide technical support and maintenance for digital systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimise business disruption
* Document workflows, processes and technical requirements
* Provide technical advice on Power Platform capabilities and improvements
* Support environment monitoring and compliance with governance requirements
* Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives
* Deliver knowledge sharing and training to build organisational capability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes
* Ability to provide technical advice and system support
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience improving business workflows through digital solutions
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
* Experience supporting digital environments and solution delivery
* Understanding of governance, security and compliance requirements
