About The Role
We are searching for a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent customer service to their growing customer and client base, managing a wide variety of enquiries.
The temporary assignment will be for 4 weeks, with the chance to extend, or be offered a permanent role.
Duties
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone, with empathy and efficiency.
* Assisting clients with qualifying for support.
* Admin duties, including amending customer details.
* Providing information about available resources.
* Occasionally making follow-up outboundcalls.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communicators who connect effectively with people from all backgrounds.
* Digitally adept individuals with a sound knowledge of systems.
* Motivated learners committed to developing their expertise in the disability field.
* Dependable collaborators with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to control calls efficiently whilst maintaining empathy.
* Disability Support experience is preferred.
* Contact Centre experience is desired.
