About the Role
The role leads a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Core Data Platforms and Cloud FinOps. You will guide Delivery Leads and program teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support enterprise priorities. Working across multiple domains, you will connect delivery with business strategy and drive consistent outcomes across programs.
What You'll Do
* Lead portfolio delivery across multiple programs, ensuring outcomes align with strategy, timelines, and financial targets while maintaining quality and risk controls.
* Guide and support Delivery Leads through coaching and mentoring, building leadership capability and consistent delivery practices across teams.
* Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Risk, and VRO to ensure alignment and effective decision making on program delivery.
* Oversee governance, reporting, and performance metrics, identifying risks early and implementing actions to maintain delivery momentum.
* Contribute to the evolution of delivery practices, embedding frameworks, tools, and ways of working that improve efficiency and outcomes.
* Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive experience leading portfolios or large programs, with a strong background in project delivery across complex environments.
* Proven ability to lead and develop Delivery Leads, applying coaching and mentoring to build high‐performing teams.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Technology, Finance, and Risk.
* Experience applying delivery methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Waterfall to achieve consistent outcomes across programs.
* Confidence managing budgets, risks, and trade‐offs across multiple initiatives while maintaining alignment to business objectives.
* Experience working in data, analytics, or technology‐enabled programs, with exposure to AI or data platforms considered beneficial.
