The Market Conduct team seeks to ensure trust and confidence in Australia's financial markets by regulating wholesale funds and market intermediaries. The Wholesale Markets Intermediary Compliance team undertakes surveillance of participants in wholesale markets and contributes to the development of market conduct standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government, regulators, and industry leaders.
* Partner with the Senior Leadership team to provide strategic advice and analysis on complex regulatory issues.
* Lead and manage projects that shape ASIC's regulatory priorities, interventions and law reforms in private markets.
