Reporting to the National Franchise Marketing Manager, you will help launch new initiatives that enhance the value proposition to the existing network and build the attractiveness to potential new franchisees.Join our small marketing team and help drive the Fair Dinkum Brand (B2C) working with external agencies on both lead generation and branding campaigns. You will also provide marketing support to our Franchise network (B2B). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced brand and or channel marketing specialist, who loves working on a national brand and with Independent Business owners.Based in Crestmead, the Brand Manager assists in developing and executing sound marketing plans, whilst ensuring our content is fresh and relevant to our target markets. This role will be a key contributor and influencer across all facets of marketing.Main Responsibilities:Brand Marketing Communications and campaigns (brand and lead generation) including creating and implementing projects and seeing them through to completionSEO and SEM ownership and managementPromotions, Marketing plan and strategy development and executionMarket research and competitor data, SWOT analysis and performance data reviewBrief and manage Agencies on specific projects as directedManage specific project A&P budgets and reconciliations of project spendWork collaboratively with sales and franchise support teams to develop practical and effective programsWhat we need from you:Marketing degree with proven in house marketing experience7+ years experience in brand management or marketingDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment, including senior level leadersAbility to think creatively and to contribute to both strategic and tactical decisionsAnalytical ability and understanding of forecast and sales dataDemonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives or projectsYou have exceptional time management skills and have fantastic communication skills both verbally and writtenFranchise and or Distributor network experience highly regardedWhat we offer:Supportive and close-knit team of highly experienced individualsHybrid workplace: 3 dedicated onsite workdays with flexibilityAmazing career development, training, and progression opportunitiesA Perkbox account – giving you 24/7 access to thousands of perks, benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and loads more!Strong Inclusion and diversity commitment to our team members including Gender affirmation leave (10 days), and LGBTQ+.Think you could be a good fit?
