The Role:
* Generate and convert new business opportunities
* Build relationships with landlords and investors
* Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
* Grow and develop the rent roll portfolio
* Work closely with the Property Management team
* Follow up warm leads and prospect for new opportunities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
About You:
* Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate Sales required
* Confident communicator with strong people skills
* Motivated, ambitious, and career-driven
* Professional presentation and strong work ethic
* Wanting stability, structure, and genuine career progression
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence preferred
