We are growing Nationwide, and our Adelaide branch are currently seeking new Consultants to join their expanding team. These opportunities are open to experienced recruiters and new to industry professionals. You don't necessarily need recruitment experience to be successful. Although we are keen to hear from experienced Recruiters, you don't necessarily need recruitment experience to join us. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a varied and interesting one - part business development and sales, part recruitment - no 2 days are ever the same

**The role**

Our Adelaide office is a great place to work. The team and culture are excellent - you will be joining an office of around 7 consultants who enjoy a collaborative and supportive approach to their work.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be responsible for recruiting within the Professional Services including roles such as: Administrators, Customer Service, Data Entry, Accounts and Finance, Recruitment & HR professionals.

This will involve:

- Developing new business opportunities, using targeted recruitment strategies
- Developing strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed Clients though Client visits and networking
- Negotiating job offers
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**To be successful in this role you will bring**:

- Experience working within a Recruitment environment would be highly considered or;
- Previous experience of successful stakeholder management or building client relationships within a professional environment (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent, sales representative, Business Development etc.)
- Communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when communicating with all stakeholders
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
