The Opportunity
As a result of exponential growth, we are looking for a Director – Risk to join our team in either Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Director – Risk, you will lead teams in developing and delivering advice on designing and operationalising risk and compliance frameworks across several sectors and industries. This will include advice on operational risk management and resilience solutions. Ideally you will bring in‐depth experience supporting clients with the implementation of CPS 230 across their businesses.
You will oversee the successful delivery of engagements, including managing client relationships, monitoring profitability and budgets, and coaching the team. You will take a key role in business development, building the profile of the firm and yourself.
We are interested in hearing from you if:
* You bring extensive consulting experience with demonstrated capability and expertise in advising clients on risk frameworks, control uplifts and broader operational risk and resilience matters.
* You are an experienced operational risk practitioner with in-depth experience supporting clients with the implementation of CPS 230.
* You have proven experience building a profitable and successful business through creating, fostering and developing client relationships.
* You have experience managing multiple projects throughout their entire engagement lifecycle.
