Business Development Manager – Property Management

Your Role
- Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to source new property management business, in line with MICM’s growth objectives.
- Actively prospect, market, and sell MICM’s services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and finance planners to secure ongoing business opportunities.
- Manage a database of contacts and follow up on potential new business.
- Arrange and attend appointments with prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations.
- Hold open for inspections, lease properties, and prepare lease documentation.
- Maintain contact with rental providers, keeping them informed until the property is leased.
- Liaise with the sales department to jointly source business opportunities.
- Ensure listed properties are presentable and accurately documented.
- Provide monthly reports to management on activities and KPIs.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards, acting within the Estate Agents Act and company guidelines.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in property management, with proven business development skills.
- Experience conducting inspections and preparing relevant reports.
- Strong knowledge of real estate legislation and property management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High-level organisational and time management abilities.
- Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Completion of the Agents Representative License (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle (role involves travel to various MICM-managed properties).
