One way we bring this to life is by hiring and developing exceptional talent, to deliver on our wide array of audit, tax and advisory services.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual who is a real team player and committed to working collaboratively to achieve exceptional client service.You will be part of a growth –oriented environment where your skills and contributions are valued.Some of your key duties will include:Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaisonAssist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategyAssist team members in completing documents required for planning an audit engagementWork closely with the engagement manager on the engagement identifying potential problem areas or budget difficultiesCoordinates engagements without manager assistance, reporting directly to Partner where appropriateIdentify potential improvements and communicate these to ManagersPrepare and monitor budgets for various engagementsCoach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationshipsLiaise with clients and identify future opportunities.About YouCA/CPA qualification (working towards)The ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problemsSelf-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approachStrong IT and computer skills.
You will embrace new technology and have the ability to adapt quicklyProfessionalism, confidentiality, and discretionAbility to effectively manage your workflowExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environmentMinimum two years' experience in a similar roleNegotiable salary based on relevant experience, starting from $82,000.00 (inclusive of super).
