We're looking for a passionate and driven Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy building scalable software, learning modern technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain software applications and services
* Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
* Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
* Contribute to system design discussions and technical solutions
* Support deployment and monitoring of applications
* Continuously learn and apply new technologies
Requirements
Entry-Level / Associate (0–3 years)
* Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar)
* Basic understanding of software development principles and data structures
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
* Exposure to web technologies, APIs, or databases is a plus
* Understanding of Agile / Scrum development processes
General Requirements
* Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus)
* Based in Germany with legal right to work full-time
* Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
