Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will provide generalist finance assistance across Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, as well as Reception support. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, thrives in a busy environment, and is keen to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Key responsibilities • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner • Check supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices • Assist with monthly credit card and accounts payable reconciliations • Prepare invoices, remittances and credit notes for customers • Respond to account queries and investigate payment discrepancies • Assist in producing monthly reports • Provide payroll support, including collating timesheets and leave applications • Manage incoming phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner, as well as greet visitors About you We are looking for someone with: • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and set priorities • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work both independently and in a team H ow To Apply To apply online, please click the appropriate link below.
