They're now looking for a Settlement Support Officer to join their Brisbane team – someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in accuracy, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on role supporting property settlement and lodgement activities, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish. You'll manage a high volume of files and play a key role in keeping settlements on track through proactive communication and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing conveyancing settlements and lodgements through PEXA and/or Sympli
* Supporting post‐unconditional tasks such as adjustments, transfer preparation and stamping
* Proactively following up with parties, lenders and clients as required
* Liaising with clients to deliver a streamlined, professional service at all times
* Completing customer due diligence, verification and onboarding checks
* Providing post‐sales implementation support, basic training and ongoing account assistance
About You
You're a client‐focused professional who enjoys building trust and navigating complex or time‐sensitive situations with confidence and care. You're organised, adaptable, and solutions‐driven, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through your work.
Ideally, you'll bring:
* Some conveyancing or property settlement experience (PEXA experience highly regarded)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
* A professional phone manner and client‐first mindset
* The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team contributor
* Initiative, accountability and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
* Full and unrestricted AU working rights
