As a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator in the health services team at Acacia Correctional Centre, you will:
Provide advice, assistance, and support on clinical risk, governance, incident and complaints management, and quality healthcare
Ensure compliance with industry and accreditation standards
Develop and maintain the Quality Plan aligned with Justice Health requirements
Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
Support the health team in demonstrating clinical effectiveness
Drive high clinical standards and positive patient outcomes
Support staff education and ongoing professional development
Qualifications and experience
Senior registered/Clinical Nurse - Division 1 with AHPRA registration
Relevant tertiary qualification in Total Quality Management, quality assurance, or similar experience
Experience in auditing, clinical quality improvement, governance, and accreditation frameworks such as RACGP or NSQHS
Ability to analyze data and produce reports and presentations for improvement
Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
