The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our senior advisors—respected leaders in the public service—on projects that shape national and state-level policy and service delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing our operational rhythm and supporting the delivery of high-impact advisory work. You'll thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of government.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior advisors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Prepare and format documents, presentations, and briefing materials to a professional standard
* Manage correspondence and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
* Liaise with government stakeholders
* Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining office supplies and systems
* Contribute to the development of internal processes and templates as the firm scales
About You
* Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within the public sector or professional services
* Comfortable working autonomously with a flexible approach
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support a small, high-performing team
