About The Business
The Admiral Motel Bunbury is a 43 room property with a restaurant, bar and conferencing room. Our restaurant caters for both contractors and leisure bookings across the entire week currently opening for breakfast and dinner service.
About The Role
* 25 - 35hrs per week.
* Great team culture.
* Stable roster, minimum 2 days off per week.
* Kitchen operates two shifts per day, 7 days per week:
* Mornings breakfast 3:30am - 7:30am includes crib prep, baking etc
* Evening dinner 3:00pm - 8:00pm
* Candidates must be available to work either morning and evening shifts as required.
* Support existing kitchen staff.
* Assist in preparing limited set menus and food ordering.
About You
* Qualification preferred but not essential.
* 2+ Years experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is essential.
* Organised, creative and passionate about food and customer service.
* Hotel food service experience is required.
* Professional, reliable and consistent work ethic.
* Team player.
* Able to work unsupervised.
* Food handling certificates required.
* Australian work rights are required
