* Oversee 15-20 repair orders (ROs) per day
* Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process
* Support business targets in customer satisfaction and service performance
Requirements:
* Senior-level experience in a dealership service advisor or leadership role
* Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Prior brand-specific experience is a plus but not essential
