As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Marketing Co-ordinator to take ownership of marketing execution and support sales and business development activities.
The Role
The Marketing Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering Newland Precision Engineering's day-to-day marketing activities across digital, print, and sales support channels.
This is a practical, execution-focused role, working closely with the Managing Director and Sales & Business Development Manager.
You will help turn real projects, equipment, and outcomes into clear, professional marketing and technical content that supports lead generation, brand credibility, and client engagement.
This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on delivery, coordinating inputs from multiple departments, and working in a technical, industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital
Maintain and update company websites
Manage LinkedIn and other selected digital channels
Prepare and schedule marketing content and announcements
Assist with basic SEO and website performance tracking
Sales & Business Development Support
Prepare sales collateral, including brochures, capability statements, presentations, and product sheets
Support campaigns related to trade shows, product launches, and client engagement
Assist with CRM marketing data and lead source tracking
Parts Catalogue & Technical Content
Manage and maintain the company parts catalogue, both online and hard copy
Coordinate updates to parts descriptions, imagery, and technical information
Work with workshop and engineering teams to ensure parts information is accurate and current
Maintain version control and document consistency across catalogues
Coordinate photography, video, and project content from workshops and sites
Prepare case studies and project highlights in collaboration with internal teams
Maintain brand templates, image libraries, and approved marketing materials
Events & Industry Presence
Support marketing requirements for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Coordinate promotional materials and post-event follow-up content
Work with workshop, project, and sales teams to capture accurate, practical content
Ensure marketing and technical materials reflect actual capability and delivered outcomes
About You
3+ years' experience in a marketing or communications role (B2B, industrial, or technical environment preferred)
Comfortable working with technical information and product-based content
Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail
Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
Proficient with common tools (CMS, LinkedIn, Adobe/Canva, MS Office)
