About the role
Reporting into our Manager, HR, this role will:
* Confidently coach and guide leaders on a range of people‐related matters, developing capability and accountability whilst championing the best of our inclusive and safety‐first culture
* Draft, review and refine employment‐related documentation with accuracy
* Conduct thorough workplace investigations and support fair, transparent disciplinary processes
* Advise on and support the delivery of organisational change initiatives
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of employment laws, industrial instruments, policies and procedures to ensure compliance
* Support the delivery of all employee life‐cycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisals, remuneration reviews, rewards and recognition
About You
This role will suit an experienced HR professional with a strong ER background who can:
* Work both autonomously and in a team environment
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
* Build trust and rapport and influence decision making
* Effectively convey information in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing
* Identify and resolve conflict
* Understand and apply Australian employment law and industrial instruments
* Effectively engage with external stakeholders, including unions
