We have an exciting new role that's become available within the business as our Queensland Branch Manager.
The Queensland Branch Manager will be responsible for the delivery of quality security services that identifies EGroup Protective Services as the leader in the security industry. You will be responsible for achieving all sales and revenue goals by developing, building and strengthening long–term relationships with customers and vendors.
The position involves business development and deal making skills including strategic consulting and needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing and contract negotiations whilst working with internal teams to propose solutions to prospective clients.
You will lead the teams by having a passion to inspire and mentor while having sound communication and problem-solving skills by taking ownership of your responsibilities and being accountable for the Queensland division.
Key duties included but are not limited to:
* Ensure contractual rostering is cost effective and there is adequate staff trained in order to cover pull outs.
* Build and maintain professional client and colleague relationships
* Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
* Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities as required
* Proactively develop, improve products and services
* Serve as a lead point of contact for all matters involving the customer and business
* Create an innovative rewarding work environment ensuring staff morale satisfaction and retention
* Through leadership and drive, promote the company's culture which results in both client and employee satisfaction
* Manage staff performance and annual leave accruals – implement and update leave planners on sites
* Complete timesheets for your contracts on a Monday morning
* Attend to any investigations required in a timely manner
* Respond to after hour phone calls to ensure contracts are compliant as required
* Commitment to self-improvement and expansion of industry knowledge
* As and when required attend site for any mission critical events that could adversely affect the reputation of EGroup or our Clients
* Ensure legislative compliance and EGroup compliance meets standards
* Follow up with clients to ensure that receivables for 60days+ are below 3%
To be successful for the role you must have:
* 5+ years' experience as a Client Executive Manager or within the emergency management or risk theatre
* Policing or Military background (Desirable)
* Understanding of BMS including emergency and security facilities
* A comprehensive understanding of WHS and the ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk.
* The ability to development, maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures precinct wide.
* Must be experienced in managing Senior Management Teams from a wide variety of businesses.
* Ability and experience in managing large and complex teams.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* Excelled in other roles that required attention to detail, the ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Compulsory requirements:
* Current VIC 1AC Security License
* Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management or similar (Essential)
* Senior First Aid Certificate
* Current Driver's License
