As an Optical Dispenser/Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service in Southern Sydney. This opportunity allows you to leverage your skills and experience to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver efficient reception services and general practice administration duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.
* Assist patients in selecting optical frames by considering their lifestyle and physical needs.
* Ensure timely delivery of patient spectacle jobs and contact lens orders, as well as ordering of stock.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping, including overall presentation and cleanliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Accredited dispensing qualification is preferred but not required.
* At least 12 months of experience in the optical industry.
* Excellent customer service, organisational, and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
* Sales ability and learning ability to accurately dispense appropriate optical devices to meet patient needs.
* Ability to work effectively in a team with a positive attitude.
* Customer service and/or retail skills are essential.
* Australian citizenship and residency are required.
