You'll work closely with experienced leaders while contributing across design development, documentation, consultant coordination and site support.

You'll be working closely with experienced senior design leadership, while collaborating with colleagues across the wider QLD business through regular project touchpoints.
The company offers structure, stability and a clearly defined project framework allowing you to focus on producing quality design and documentation while gaining valuable exposure to the broader development process and key decision‐making stages.
The Role
You'll play a key part in the in‐house design function, supporting multiple multi‐residential projects at various stages.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to design development
* Coordinating with consultants
* Attending site when required
* Supporting efficient project delivery from concept to completion
What We're Looking For
* Architect or Experienced Graduate with relevant local experience
* Confident communicator and proactive problem‐solver
* Comfortable with coordination and site involvement
* Enjoys working in a collaborative, social team environment
