Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced personfor the role of Customer Experience Consultant.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed TermFull Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/orpermanency.
As a member of Health Support Services (HSS) Customer ExperienceBusiness Unit, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to and solving customer interactions at firstcontact or directing the interaction to the appropriatebusiness unit for resolution.
* Consistently delivering a high quality of customer serviceto our customers.
* Promoting the Contact Centres role and services.
* Processing documents to a high level of accuracy.
