Ian Boettcher Motors have a vacancy for a Service Advisor to join the team and work with brands including Nissan, Volkswagen, Kia, Cherry, BYD. As a Service Advisor you will act as the main contact between the Dealership and the customer, for the repair and service maintenance of their vehicles.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional approach, passion, willingness to follow process and an eager attitude to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. We will give you the tools and the training to be successful in this role. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this is a dynamic and rewarding position.

About this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the key tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Keep customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle
- Liaising with the team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
- Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices
- Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution
- While service advising experience is highly desirable, all automotive & customer service experience will be considered
Must haves:
- Manual drivers licence
