We are excited to offer an opportunity for a **Project Coordinator**.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project team, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
**Job tasks and key responsibilities**:
- Coordinating and monitoring project schedules, resources, and budget.
- Assisting in project planning, implementation, and review.
- Conducting site visits and inspections as required.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation and reports.
- Providing administrative support to the project team.
- Assisting in the management of project risks and issues.
- Participating in project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Tertiary qualification in construction management, project management, or related field (not compulsory, but preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools, such as Microsoft Project - preferred
