Job Description
This role is responsible for working with the Culture & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead to drive initiatives, programs and activities that contribute to driving a unified culture across Defence Force Recruiting, and that align to the broader HR Strategic People Plan.
You will:
* Support the Lead in the delivery of Adecco DFR's Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) and Veterans & ADF Spouse employment strategies, ensuring meaningful engagement, measurable outcomes, and strong alignment to Defence and Commonwealth expectations.
* Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of a structured reporting plan that tracks Adecco DFR workforce representation, ensuring clarity, consistency and accountability Partner with members of the HR & Training function (HR Ops, Training, HRBP), Change and Engagement and other functions within Adecco DFR to implement initiatives, programs, and activities such as Your Voice Matters.
* Ensure delivery of the diversity and culture annual calendar and where needed partner with TAG to implement the programs.
* Seek opportunities to enhance Adecco DFR's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), engaging key stakeholders and consulting with the wider business to ensure any changes or additions are relevant and continue to enhance Adecco's/DFR's offering as an employer of choice.
* Support the development and Implementation of the Veteran Employment Commitment engagement to ensure efforts are aligned to the business' needs.
* Ensure implementation and delivery of First Nations Program's and Initiatives
* Coach leaders and managers on promoting Adecco DFR's IPP & Veteran ADF Spouse Strategic Actions Plans.
* Implement and support Employee Resource Groups.
* Work closely with the Culture and DEI Lead to implement the RAP Conciliation Plan within the context of Adecco DFR
* Maintain a deep understanding of the operational priorities and objectives of the wider DFR business, aligning programs, initiatives, and activities to best suit the business' current and future needs.
* Develop, maintain and role model a culture that is open to change and innovation, and supports collaboration, respect, and accountability.
* Supporting delivery of our acknowledgement program - DFR One Team Award and our Quarterly Adecco Value Awards

* Strong knowledge of all major components of HR related functions, with a focus on organisational culture and performance, engagement, diversity equality & inclusion, and accessibility with the ability to translate them into workplace initiatives achieve organisational outcomes
* Ability to interpret workforce metrics, develop clear reporting frameworks and provide insights that raises leadership awareness and informs decision
* Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner effectively with members of the HR & Training team and other units within the organisation to deliver integrated services
* A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team vision.
* Highly customer focused with the ability to negotiate, liaise, and build relationships across multiple levels of stakeholders and employees.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure.
* Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
