We are looking for extremely friendly
Sales Assistants
to work on a
casual
basis in our
Palmerston
store.
Responsibilities
Provide real customer service focus to wow customers with a positive experience.
Be highly motivated, proactive, and have the ability to communicate at all levels with ease.
Maintain composure under stress and pressure and strive to succeed.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach and strong merchandising skills.
Display commitment to the care of pets and reliability; be willing to work flexible days and hours and able to work unsupervised.
Assist with responsibilities that may include lifting heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food).
Qualifications
Real customer service focus with the ability to wow customers.
Highly motivated and proactive; high integrity.
The ability to communicate to all levels with ease.
Composure under stress and pressure; a determination to succeed.
A hands-on approach; strong merchandising skills.
At least 2 years experience working with a high-volume, disciplined retailer.
Commitment to the care of pets.
Pet experience/knowledge is a plus.
Reliable, determined to meet high standards; willing to be flexible regarding working days and hours and able to work unsupervised.
