The Opportunity
* Lead and oversee daily centre operations
* Inspire, mentor and support a high performing team
* Drive quality education and care practices

About You
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
* Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
* Confident, warm communicator with excellent relationship building skills
* Strong knowledge of regulations and the National Quality Framework
* Passion for quality outcomes and continuous improvement
* Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Food Safety Supervisor certificates
* Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
