The Opportunity:
* Lead, mentor and support the service team.
* Maintain compliance with safety, warranty, and service procedures.
* Monitor technician performance and workshop operations.
* Provide technical support and assist with customer concerns.
* Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
* Promote teamwork and a positive workshop culture.
About You:
* Hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification, or willingness to acquire.
* Current forklift license preferred.
* Possess a current driver's license.
* Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of technicians and apprentices.
* Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.
* Excellent work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
* Well-presented and customer-focused.
