You will be part of a successful branch network that relies on your autonomy and clear direction within your business unit, but also requires collaboration with operations to ensure cohesion and optimise profitability. Located in our capital city office in Welshpool, this sales environment is high volume and high contact, managing your own sales and the team. We are all about supporting you to make your mark and reap the rewards.
Responsibilities
* Achieving your own as well as internal and external sales team targets and KPIs
* Challenge the status quo and drive change by actively looking for better ways of working
* Leading, coaching and mentoring your team around exceptional customer service and sales outcomes
* Measure, monitor, analyse and report on individual and team performance, incentives and development
* Managing the training needs of your team by identifying skill, knowledge and experience gaps
About you
Ideally you are a strong leader who has demonstrated success developing and driving teams and finding new ways to grow sales. Sound commercial understanding and the appreciation that business units need to work harmoniously to maintain optimal service delivery and profitability.

* Strong people management skills that can harness strong personalities
* Open communication that caters to a hybrid workforce
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise projects and initiatives
* Ability to positively motivate and co-ordinate the activities of a busy branch team
