We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hay Plant Specialist to join our team. As a Hay Plant Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining both fixed and mobile hay plants and equipment.
Your duties may include operating heavy machinery such as telehandlers and forklifts, working on rotating 12-hour shifts, and contributing to the smooth operation of our hay processing plant.
Requirements
* You must be committed to safety and have a strong focus on ensuring the well-being of yourself and others in the workplace.
* You should be able to work a variety of shifts, including day and night rotations, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
* A pre-employment medical is also required to ensure you are physically fit for the demands of this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $39 per hour and the opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position with an immediate start date.
