We are seeking driven sales professionals to take on a full sales cycle role.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with warm and cold leads through daily outbound calls, managing the entire sales process from start to close.
* Achieve KPIs focused on daily activity, meaningful conversations, and closed deals.
* Understand customer needs, tailor your approach, overcome objections with confidence, and refine your pitch continuously.
* Capture new opportunities and close deals efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
* Maintain a sharp pipeline using Salesforce by logging conversations, keeping CRM records up-to-date, and optimizing workflow.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR or phone-based sales role, preferably with full sales cycle experience.
* Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
* Excellent communication skills and strong objection-handling abilities.
* Confidence, competitiveness, and a desire to advance in your sales career.
* Able to thrive in high-energy environments where feedback is a tool for growth.
