The Property and Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the upkeep of facilities, including liaison with contractors.
* Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff as required.
* Maintain keys and alarm systems.
* Ensure that equipment, grounds, gardens, and buildings are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
* Coordinate and assist with the setup of furniture for assemblies and events as needed.
