Contract until end of June | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support a large transformation program within a well established financial services organisation.
This contract will run through to the end of June and offers a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
The Role
This position is focused on documenting and analysing current-state (as-is) processes to support broader transformation and re‐engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Document and analyse end‐to‐end business processes and workflows
* Gather process performance data and identify pain points and inefficiencies
* Develop high‐quality process models aligned to established modelling standards
* Facilitate workshops and work closely with business and technical stakeholders
* Deliver approved and standardised artefacts within agreed timeframes
* Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst / Process Analyst
* Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process modelling tools (e.g. Signavio, BizzDesign)
* Experience working in complex, detail‐heavy environments
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Strong analytical capability and ability to translate SME input into clear process maps
* Financial services experience highly regarded
