Contract until end of June | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support a large transformation program within a well established financial services organisation.
This contract will run through to the end of June and offers a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
The Role This position is focused on documenting and analysing current-state (as-is) processes to support broader transformation and re-engineering initiatives.
You will:
Document and analyse end-to-end business processes and workflows
Gather process performance data and identify pain points and inefficiencies
Develop high-quality process models aligned to established modelling standards
Facilitate workshops and work closely with business and technical stakeholders
Deliver approved and standardised artefacts within agreed timeframes
Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement
You will bring:
Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst / Process Analyst
Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process modelling tools (e.g. Signavio, BizzDesign)
Experience working in complex, detail-heavy environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Strong analytical capability and ability to translate SME input into clear process maps
Financial services experience highly regarded
