Role Responsibilities:
This senior-level position is accountable for managing all aspects of project cost control, including budget allocation, cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and change management.
The Director will lead the development of business cases with accurate cost estimates and historical benchmarks, ensuring the integrity of the Project Controls System for timely, accurate reporting.
* Conduct thorough analyses of contractor bids and participate in contract variation and claims evaluations.
* Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on cost management strategies and contribute to key project reports.
* Develop comprehensive business cases that include accurate cost estimates and historical benchmarks.
