Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a Groundsperson to join our friendly and highly valued maintenance team at Jewells. You'll be part of our grounds and garden team who are responsible for maintaining the beautiful gardens and grounds surrounding our Lifestyle Units.
The Groundsperson is responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the selfcare villas (buildings and grounds) to ensure that these assets are attractive, clean, safe and functional with support of team members.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have the following:
* Current driver's license
* Demonstrated experience in grounds and handyman work
* Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture
* Demonstrated skills and experience in the following behavioural competencies:
* Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
* Following instructions and procedures
* Coping with pressures and setbacks
* Working with people
* Adhering to principles and values
