About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team on a fully remote basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting business clients, introducing our services, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE COMES FROM CONFIDENT PHONE MANNER, RESILIENCE, AND THE ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
Key Responsibilities
* Contacting business clients to introduce our services and set qualified appointments
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and resilience in phone conversations
* Building rapport quickly and professionally with clients
Requirements
* Previous experience in appointment setting, business development, or outbound calling is highly valued
* A clear, confident, and professional phone manner (mature sounding voice is highly regarded)
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently from home
* Goal-oriented, resilient, and consistent in achieving targets
* ABN required (or willingness to obtain one)
