As demand for high-quality, affordable housing grows, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused **Real Estate Agent** to join our team selling **newly built, turnkey homes**. These are completed homes — not house-and-land packages — ready for immediate move-in.

**What you will be doing**:
- Managing and converting qualified buyer enquiries
- Conducting open inspections and private viewings
- Guiding clients through the sales process from first visit to settlement
- Maintaining accurate sales records and client communication
- Collaborating with marketing and construction teams to ensure a smooth handover experience
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high customer satisfaction
As a motivated and driven self-starter, you will have the ability to work with mínimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in a professional, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
- Real estate sales experience is essential, with a track record of success
- Deep understanding of the residential housing market in North, South and Hills growth corridors
