Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee and optimise automated milling and processing systems.
* Monitor operations, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot automated processes.
* Conduct product testing, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Perform equipment maintenance and manage machine-related issues.
* Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas, with a focus on automation systems.
* Operate forklifts and assist in warehouse tasks when needed.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with automated systems or willingness to learn new technologies.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
* Availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts).
* Participation in a 2-day paid work trial.
* Current forklift licence required for regular warehouse operations
* Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
* Successful candidates must pass pre-employment medical assessment
* Basic computer literacy for operating automated machinery and maintaining digital records
